Searching:
If you can't find what you're looking for in this forum using the website search function, try using the "double search" using Google.

1) Go to google.com. Search 3fatchicks by using the term site:3fatchicks.com at the end of your google search.

For example, if you want to look for "big mac in a bowl", type "big mac in a bowl site:3fatchicks.com" in google search. No need to inlucde the quotation marks when you type.

2) This will bring up the page that you are looking for, now hit Ctrl+F to search on that page. Type "big mac in a bowl" and all instances of that search term will be highlighted.

Morning all,

I have a couple of home sales going to closing, but looks like closings for both will be delayed till next week. Sigh. Hard for clients to wait when the process takes longer than expected. Holding my breath for smooth sailing, though. Think I may write a new offer tonight. That would be nice. Haha, keeps me busy and out of trouble!
I'm going to a concert at a pub tonight with the DH. One of his former drama students all grown up and touring the east coast. Should be fun, but a really late evening.

Nervous this morning, I have my very first WI after a week on the program! I feel like I've lost weight and that my pants are fitting better, but there's that fear that it's all in my head Going to jump in the shower, then take someone else's advice and pick out a weigh-in outfit that I can use every week for consistency!

Good luck, the first WI is fun. I have mine today also, but it is my 6th. Wow, time sure is flying by.

Good Morning,

1st day of school for one of my daughters. That 6 weeks went really fast! My oldest is going to middle school, so she doesn't start til the 20th.

Have my third WI today, I will be happy with a couple of pounds, my scale has moved, but very slowly. But TOM came to visit this week, so that could of slowed it down.

Hope everyone has a great OP day!!!! Will report my results later.

Wow they go back early! Here we don't start school until September, the bigger little has his first day of Kindergarten on Sept 10th. Do they get out of school earlier at the end of the year?

Good morning! Nice and cool this morning, but warming up to mid-80s & humid later today.

Thank you for sending the Whoosh Fairy yesterday Rainbowsmiles and Shathom! It worked...dropped 1 1/2 lbs since yesterday a.m. Still want to drop 2 more by tomorrow. This should put me at the halfway point for my official WI.

Anyone heard from Kara (Kaypix) since she visited her cousin over the weekend? It's not like her to be off the boards for so long...

Scorbett - let us know how it goes! You're going to be beaming when you walk out of there!

Jw - you're doing very well too!

Time to get to work; will check in again later. Stay 100% OP today & drink a ton of water!

yes....IP ones...and i am getting in all my supplements and my salt and my oil!! only thing i think is actual water. i drink a TON of hot herbal tea, flavored water, and water with my protein drinks, but less straight water these days...could that be the problem?? Just not drinking enough regular clear water???

Tomorrow is week 14 for me. I need to borrow the whoosh fairy please. I promise to send her along when done. I so want to hit 30 pounds off at my WI. I've been up and down the past few weeks. I started exercise again and I know that is slowing me down, but I feel good about getting back to it so I'll settle for the slower loss. I'm 1.8 pounds away on my scale...totally whooshable right?

My oldest son 'met' his roommate yesterday. They have already decided on the TV, fridge, microwave and xbox. What more does a college freshman need right? Meanwhile, I'm going insane making sure he has all the things he needs - like last minute dental cleaning, immunizations, warm winter boots for walking on campus...

Hope we hear from Kara as well - I was thinking about her over the weekend and hoping things went well with her family.

Also hoping Molly is feeling better at the cottage!

i don't know - maybe? Hopefully it was just a flukey thing and it won't come back. I used to get them when I was pregnant and I know they are PAINFUL.

Rainbow I get bad leg cramps too and while I was on the river I didn't take my cal-mag and quit getting them. I meant to talk to my coach about that but forgot. I haven't started back on them yet, maybe it is the magnesium.....?

Today is Wednesday and I get my last wave of company today! I always look forward to seeing everyone but I do sometimes long for a quiet house and a good book! Oh well time for that after school starts!
