You've been on IP for a week, if you've followed the program you are in ketosis. The sticks aren't 100% accurate and some people find it stresses them out more than anything else. I've never used them. Your pee might smell a little different, your breath too. You're not quite as hungry. You lose weight. There is no identical symptom for everybody, but you shouldn't worry about it Don't have more carbs than you're allowed to and ketosis happens on its own. It's a survival mechanism.
