Well, I lost 8.8 lbs my first week. My coach told me that 4.4lbs of that was water weight. She told me to eat two egg whites, scrambled or hard boiled when I wake up in the am (5:30-6:00a), then have my packet at 8-8:30am, lunch at 12:30ish, my nightly snack packet 3:30-4:00pm, dinner at 7pm. She told me not to split up my 2 cups of veggies as they have carbs and can cause my blood sugar to rise, which wouldn't be good if I am eating carbs every 3-4 hours with snacks and meals. I guess we'll see next week!
