Fat free plain greek yogourt is really high in protein and low in carbs. I usually have that with berries and granola (i have 2 slice sugar free toast with PB) but if you don't want bread, just add more granola. You can also do egg whites, cottage cheese. I have an excel spread sheeet where i input all my food to see where it adds up.
Here's my typical breakfast, although i'm in maintenance, i still eat the same way as i LLLOOVVEE my breakfast, lol.
