Default Back from my week 2 weigh in!
yay!

I met with my coach at Ideal Northwest and she weighed and measured me..

happy to report (for two weeks):
-19 inches
-15.4 pounds.

Very happy! Sticking to my chocolate shakes and bars.. seems to do the trick! I tried the soups and stuff, but I couldn't stomach them!

Thanks for everyone's help here, this board is very helpful!

That is fantastic! What an awesome WI! Stick with it, time will fly by along with the pounds. I wish i could fly you to Texas for some personal shopping, I am clueless and now have a new selection of clothes to choose from. And i just got word my clearance for my new job went through (more professional ), so goodbye jeans and tees at work!

Awesome! I love personal shopping. I own a clothing boutique, so I get to see people with dramatic weight loss all the time and shop for their new wardrobe- SO FUN! Good luck shopping!

That's awesome and inspiring. You are almost same height and weight goals as me. Except iam a decade and then some older.
