Default Dairy Question

I could not find anything on this after a couple of searches so I apologize if this question is somewhere. The first morning meal allows milk with coffee or tea and I don't use milk in my tea. I wonder if it would be okay to use a little sour cream in a taco salad I make.

Thanks!!

I asked once about a little bit of fat free plain yogurt in place of the milk and was told no. The milk has to be skim milk and according to my coach you can't substitute it with anything else. Sometimes different coaches will have different takes on things so it is worth asking at your next WI but as far as I know you can't sub in other dairy products

You are allowed one oz of dairy and i assume that means you could have no fat sour cream as long as its an ounce.

It says 1 oz skim milk (morning) so it's only skim milk right? I assume that is nonfat not 1% milk.

They suggested i use the "milk" from the cereal. this made me want to heave.
i mix that up and eat the cereal and toss the rest lol.

i use some milk every morning but i am only on week one. My coach said we could try it and see how the weight loss went.

I will be okay losing it a little slower. i need my coffee with milk!

I am not an expert, but I would assume, if it is like a tablespoon and there is not much carb in it, I think you'll be fine.

Just my own opinion though, you'd better ask your coach (they all have different opinions).
