Thumbs up Week 1 WI...
I have to admit I was very doubtful this was going to work. Mainly because we live paleo with the exception of some dairy and I just had my doubts. After one week I am down 8.2 pounds (196.2 to 188,) 2% body fat, and 6.5 inches.

I am so impressed and sold on this! Praying this continues to work

Congrats! I know what you mean. It really is amazing. I have been OP for 4 weeks and have lost 16 #'s. not that it is easy but it is not hard either. Must be because the cravings are gone. Keep it up!
