OK, here's what is probably a dumb question, but is there such a thing as drinking too much water? I am at 100+ oz lately, and have been feeling OK, but have noticed that my legs are feeling cramp-y--could that be tied? Maybe too little salt for all the h2o?
Yes- it is possible to drink too much water.
Last night I had really bad upper thigh and leg cramps from not having my salt yesterday- yikes!
Good morning from sunny Saskatchewan. NSV for me the last few days, I've had quite a few people at work ask me if I've lost weight, so that feels pretty good. As well, I think I only have one pair of shorts that fit without them falling half way down my butt. Another NSV, last night we went to one of the local sporting goods stores that was having a massive blowout sale on last years stock for our pro-football team. I ended up buying 3 large t-shirts instead of XL. That's a pretty neat feeling for sure.
Today is the start of Phase 3 for me before I go on holidays. It sure felt weird having toast this moring. I'm not sure my stomach is up for this, but we'll see how it goes.
Good luck to all with WI's today, and have a great day!
Darralyn,
It is probably your hormones! Spoil yourself today, cuddle up with a good book.
Give yourself permission to spoil yourself. Make an exotic shake....keep hydrated. You are so very loved. Don't be sad, be spoiled!
Can you get to a store to try on clothes, that always boosts my moods!
Julie

You all are very precious! Thanks for all the encouragement; I am sure I will snap out of it soon. It must be hormones~
Love you all!!
Everyone has been talking about clothes today. I have been able to shop in my closet for the most part since I have them designated by sizes. Sometimes I thought it was pure fantasy for me to get into the old sizes, but with IP it's now possible.
However, my DF has been losing like crazy and he goes to a new size each week or two. Since we are planning our wedding and extra money isn't available, we decided to go to a higher end resale shop the other day to pickup his new size for cheap, knowing it wasn't a large investment and he'd be in another size in no time. It was such a bargain and each time it's been holding him over for the next. We then also donate his big clothes at the same time to get them out of the house.
Locopollo -- I go to integrative health in the tech center...kind of a haul. Will you let me know how you feel about Cynergy? I may be tempted to switch, if only based on location.

Darralyn,
You have done an amazing job. I will bet you just need either to rest, or go out for a bit. Remember, when you are moody or RAGING..you are usually losing a big chunk of fat!!!!
Hugs,
Julie

Cynergy is at 9th & Logan next to Charlie Brown's. I'm trying to figure out how to send you a PM, but maybe I haven't been here long enough.

Oh, I hope this is true! LOL! Congrats on -40#. Incredible!
Happy Thursday IPeeps.
I am having a down day since yesterday afternoon; it must be the flushing of hormones or something; I really dislike being down like this. Oh well; who said life was always going to be fun!! I don't want to inflict this on anyone else so I will just say...Have a great OP day! Stay cool!
Stay strong Darralyn, tomorrow is a new day.

I'm always cold since starting IP, and it's only gotten worse since losing my "fat blanket" as my husband fondly likes to call it.

Lindsey, you can't get a ticker till you have 20 or more post and you have been on this site for at least 20 days.
