Default Broasted chicken w/o skin?

Can we eat a broasted chicken breast with the skin off and still stay OP?

that was going to be my question as well. If its roasted you are talking about, watch which one you get if you are getting it from the super market. Stick to the basic ones and yes take the skin off, but it should still be on plan. I wouldn't eat it more than once or twice a week just because you are not 100% of what it is seasoned with

I agree with Jelly and Wuv!! DO NOT EAT THIS!!!!! We're not up posed to have anying fried. Lean oven roasted chicken breast without skin is a good choice. Think of how this will clog up your coronary arteries! LOL!

Broasted is deep fat frying in a pressure cooker. Worse than frying because if forces the fat deep into the tissues.

Not only is it bad for IP, it is just plain bad for anyone.

That looks DELICIOUS! I could never take all that crispy coating off if it was sitting in front of me. If you can then I'd say go for it. Just my opinion- but if I was in a pinch and there was nothing else to eat I would try my darndest to get that crispity, lickity, goodness off and eat just the meat.

Not to be a stickler LizRR but EAS shakes are also not on our protocol. And how does everyone know what the nutritional value would be when the skin is taken off?
