  • It's the carbs that are the problem, according to my coach, every time you cheat by adding sugar or carbs, you are setting yourself back at least 3 days. You are just setting yourself back and it will take longer to get to your goal. I just reached my goal weight and it feels really good. To me it was worth sticking to the protocol 100%.
  • Hi all,
Wishing everyone a great OP day!

  • Quote: I been doing the program on my own for a week and a half and have lost 7 pounds. I officially go see my coach tomorrow. But today my coworker surprised me with a grande skim latter and splenda. Is that a bad cheat or soso? Lol
I am probably going to get in trouble here, but I have a latte here and there with just skim milk and splenda and it hasn't reflected on the scale yet. I don't make it a regular thing...but I have had 3 since I've been OP.

This past weekend I was away with friends and actually had two drinks. (Vodka, soda water and a little Mio for flavor.) I was still down 1.8 over the three days. But that is my body...and I am crazy active and walk at least 4 miles a day. (Not sure if that makes a difference in any of this.)

Everyone...please don't yell at me!! Just being 100% honest.
