Just wanted to say thank you to everyone for all of your support and great ideas. I changed things up a little last week with everyone's help and I had a 4.6lb loss for last week

Crossing my fingers it keeps going ... YAY...now I'm at a total of 12.4lbs lost in 3 weeks!
Does anyone else notice if they go for their WI at different times of the day they show better loss or less? I go in the morning and I am having a lot better WI than if I go at my regular time at 3 pm. Don't know which ones the real deal?
Either way THANK YOU SO much for everyone support and inspiration...I hope to be at my goal weight in no time
