I was curious how much iceberg everyone ate on a typical day?

I was so hungry yesterday and I had an extra packet and then was fine (i'm no longer in week 1 so I shouldn't have 4 packets...). I'm thinking I should have had iceberg w/ dressing instead.

What are your thoughts.

Julie, you will probably get more responses by posting in the daily threads rather than opening new threads.

I eat salad 2-3 times per week and usually romaine lettuce rather than arugula.

I eat strictly romaine. It's more nutritious and also unlimited. I buy romaine hearts (3 to a package, all tough leaves already removed) and usually eat 1 a day, half at lunch and half at dinner.

thanks guys. I posted a new thread because it wasn't an update but now I know! I'm going to switch to romaine as well. for some reason I thought it was only iceberg that was unlimited.
