On my 5th day last week (week 1), I was feeling the EXACT SAME thing you are. When I had my first weigh in, I had a loss of a measly 1.4 lbs! I feel like I might have the same (or less) this week 2, so I fully understand how discouraged you feel. My husband on the other hand has lost a total of almost 10 lbs, exactly the weight I wanted to lose.
My coach advised me not to weigh myself everyday, too, but sometimes you really just want some kind of small encouragement to keep going and so you can't just let go of that scale.

But we have to plod on, and trust in the program a little longer. Just know that you're not alone!
