How long and how much?
 
I'm so motivated by looking at the calendar and imagining how much I will have lost by specific dates. So my question is how long have you been on IP and how much have you lost? If on maintenance, how long have you kept it off?
I've been on it almost 8 weeks and lost 30.8 lbs.

Great Job!!! I have been on for 6 weeks, Monday will mark 7 weeks and I have lost 34lbs, 38 inches and 5% body fat. So happy with the results!!!!!

i had my 6 week weigh in yesterday and i am down 19.8 lbs and 28inches

wk1 7.6lbs 5.5 in
wk2 1.4lbs 6 in
wk3 2.4lbs 4.5in
wk4 4lbs 2.5in
wk5 2.4lbs 7in
wk6 2lbs 2.5in

the lbs are not coming off as quickly as id like but the inches keep coming off so ill take that!!

I lost 60 pounds in the first five months and I was very very 100%. Then for another 3 months I took planned cheats and lost another 25 pounds. I have been in maintenance for a year Memorial Day weekend. I have bounced up and down 10-12 pounds the last 3 months. The first 8 months of maintenance were very easy but the last 3 have been more of a struggle. I keep having to "reboot" to get back down. I am going for a month long phase one reboot starting May 1st to get down below my lowest for the summer.

IP is amazing and worth every minute and dollar.

I was on Phase 1 for about 14-15 months and lost 147 pds. Only stopped when I thought I was at a healthy BMI, deducting the pds that the excess skin was taking up. I think I've read that IP is only intended to be for a year, but I kept plowing ahead anyway.

I lost 67 pounds in P1 and it took me 20 weeks ( 11/11/11 - 3/29/12).

I lost 4 pounds in P2 (9 days). I'm currently in P3. :)

As you can see, everyone loses at different rates, but we're all really successful. Keep your long term goal in mind and enjoy the little victories along the way. You are doing an excellent job. Good luck to you and everyone else!

My weight loss seems to be slower than most here. BUT I'm extremely happy with my results. It seems for us shorter folks the weight has come off a bit slower. I've lost 17.8lbs in 10 weeks and a little over 10%(!!!) body fat.. I started at 33.01% BF and am now at 22.93%.

10 weeks and 29 lbs. Still have about 4 more to go...they may be coming off more slowly at this point, but I'm gettin' there! I haven't been in the 130's (or a size 6...thank the goddesses for vanity sizing) in 20 years, so this is very exciting.

Hoping to transition to P2 at next week's W/I.

This is so awesome to read! The time does seem to be going faster now that I'm used to the program...I can't wait to see where it takes me! My first goal was to lose 20 lbs the first month and I'm halfway there at 9.8 at my first two WI's.

24.5 pounds in 11 weeks. I'm stalled and have been within a pound of the same weight for 12 days now. I know it happens, but it's no fun when it happens to you. Just need to keep going...it won't stay this way forever. Eye on the prize and all will be just fine!

I am on ideal protein. I think i am doing good. Lost 28 pounds in 10 weeks. I read so much about this program. It seems that different places have different rules. For example the bars can only be used as a snack. I read one posting stating that the bar can be used as a snack or a meal. Please help

I have been on the program for almost 26 weeks and I have lost 63.8lbs so far. It has been slower now but I am still losing and that's all that counts.

The bars can be used for either your breakfast or lunch meal or your snack, makes no difference. My coach's only rule is not to have the bar at night time. I eat one every morning for breakfast.

My goal was to lose 20 lbs., and I lost almost 30 lbs in 2.5 months. My highest loss was 7 pounds the first week, then I lost steadily. This diet really does work, but you MUST stay on plan, and follow the protocol to a T!
It's the best plan I've tried, and I highly recommend it. Be ready, though, to stay on plan, and you will be so happy with the results. Good luck!

Our numbers are very much the same for starting weight and height - I hope I can do as well as you have! Great job!
