Inspiration

  • From time to time, I have been discouraged about the slow pace of my losses.
    Yesterday I came across this and it has changed my perspective!
    She shows her progress weekly from week 9 - 18, then at week 24 and at goal.

    I am going to keep the bigger picture in mind. How I will look in 4 months - not the week-to-week. I am thinking about taking weekly photos, too. (Not that I would be brave enough to post them).
