So i have seen a lot of people use the sf flavors at *bucks, is it ok to use the sf mocha

On their website the SF Mocha Syrup has 5 cals and 2 carbs per 1 fl oz.

Their other SF syrups are 0/0/0 though

I was just there today and they told me 0/0 with 15 cals! Arghhhh

I just called Starbucks corporate. Official response - 10 cal. 0 carb. O fat

Well if it is Fontana Syrup like it shows on the Starbucks site then it is 5 cal 2 carbs.

Now this is for 1 fl oz... perhaps they do not use that much?? 1 oz is about 2 tablespoons so I can see that much if not more being used

Maybe call back to the store and ask what brand of syrup they use and how many tablespoons?? I think they have the nutritional info on the back of the syrup pumps..
