Default 14 Weeks

I have 14 weeks until my mini vacation to vegas! I'm really debating if i should take "time off" from the IP or not. what do you ladies think? We're going for 4days 3nights for my sis in laws birthday. Am i being extremely optimistic (naive) to think i can drop 69 lbs in 14 weeks?

ANYTHING is POSSIBLE!....commit 150% to the program, follow it to a "T". I honestly would NOT take time off of the program, if anything I would do a phase 3 while you were gone. Which is eating 3 regular meals and only a product for a snack. Stick to the program, don't exercise and drink LOTS and LOTS of water!!!....you may not get all 69lbs off but you will be pretty darn close to it!....I know Miranda has loss 50lbs in 3 months so it can be done, she is using alternatives. Others have loss 50lbs in 3 months as well so stick to it, don't get discouraged...put your head in the game and DO IT!!!!

thank you! a couple of days ago when i cheated by eating a rits, you asked if it was worth it and if it made me feel any better. I think about that every single time i get a craving. I have stuck to this plan and not strayed since.

Awesome, you can do this without straying, you just need to ask yourself EVERYTIME you wanna eat something BAD...is it worth it?? and for me 10 out of 10 times my answer is NOPE!!!....I WANT my goal BAD and I am NOT letting ANYTHING come between ME and that GOAL!

There are a lot of vacation threads, check them out...you have LOTS of time to make the decision. A few of us took a break and a few of us haven't (there are threads on both sides of the coin). Both sides felt very good about their decisions

If you take a break - you just need to put your 'head back in the game' as wuv phrased it. Or if you don't think you can do it, don't take the break and you can vacation while being OP.

14 weeks is a long time - you might be mentally stronger by then too!
