Hi everyone!
I am back... had a wild, rough, traumatising summer, fall & winter! All has settled, everything is back to "normal"! My husband had a very bad accident on Aug. 28th (after "hurricane" Irene) He fell 18 feet from a ladder and landed on his head He is doing AMAZING AND RECOVERED QUICKLY! "

Im back on low carb, not quite following IP to the T but I am staying under 30 net carbs a day.. feeling I need to lower that and start watching my calories and fat intake now...
I do have a question hopeing someone out there can answer or give me advice.....
Ok so I have noticed that at least once or twice a week I get super bloated..like I put on 2-2 1/2" on my waist and makes my lower back sore and I am uncomfortable. I have been low carbing for the past 2 weeks. The scale says I have lost 7.5 pounds but I have not lost any inches...
I am drinking water, taking a multi vitamin, eating my greens...
What do we make of this? what are your suggestions??

are you getting your oil in? are you having a problem going to the bathroom? sounds like you may be retaining some water .....how much water are you drinking?

Yes to oil, and no trouble with bathroom... nothing that is unusal.
I am drinking water, some days Im not reaching 100 ounces, so maybe I need to start tracking that better

There's a thread about bloating here somewhere. Does it feel okay in the morning but gets worse as the day goes by? Maybe digestive enzymes or probiotics would help, if it is not the big C or not enough water.
