Happy Friday Everybody

ok, so, a few weeks ago I posted that I was able to fit in a pair of jeans that I couldnt fit into previously and it was a great feeling. Yesterday I was able to take them same jeans off without un buttoning or unzipping them. They are too big now!

This program is crazy good.

Have a great day OP day today.

That's the best feeling Cadu! I had weigh in #3 today and am down 2 more lbs. This is a lovely surprise because the scale did not budge for a whole week! I got TOM and I reckon this must be the cause. I just found a meatloaf recipe I want to try this weekend. Good luck all.

Congratulations, Cadu and Carolirish. You both are doing so fantastic!

Ryuu, I empathize totally with your frustration. I have also benn 100% OP all week and the scale is not moving an ounce. I don't even have TOM as a possible explanation. Maybe for us both, we are at least losing inches without knowing it. Let's both try and stick with it. I'm pulling for you!

That 1 lb could be water or bowel movements. Was this your weekly weigh-in? I bought a scale for home, after years of not having one, but I will not use it everyday. Weight can vary too much during a day, over a few days, so I don't want to add that to my list of obsessions.

If you were doing well, take credit for it! Keep it up!

Yes! I started out with all elastic band jeans, got to where I had to safety pin them to stay up, and now I'm in all zippered jeans and the 14's fall off. Now a 10 is just right. Unfreakin' believable!

Congratulations!

Good morning all! My goal today and this weekend is to not have any sugar-free jello! It is no cal/no carb/no sugar, but still, I end up craving some everyday and that concerns me. I'm thinking, if I can't control that, how am I going to control cravings when I'm in maintenance next week?

What I am going to do is see if Macy's has another $5 robe on the clearance rack, and shorten it for a bed jacket, and look for decent hiking boots. The ones I have are not supportive enough and I want to increase my walking everyday...

I think it was wuv who posted that putting a little salt on your hand and licking it will help with headaches or nausea - electrolyte balance c/be the problem.

Try some sea salt - just sprinkle some in your palm, lick it, have some water. That often helps.

Morning all, feeling better today, I checked the scale today and I was down a little more then a pound from yesterday, I won't check again now until weigh in but I was curious. Going to the movies with one of my kids and husband tonight to see Hunger Games, very excited, but a bit anxious with the food. I will be ok tho, I have done it before being on Atkins I can do it again. Still can't believe how great I feel....it truly is unbelievable how easy this plan is to follow and to stay on. I haven't thought of slipping once. Have a great day and stay focused
