I had a similar problem last week. I posted in the daily chat for any advice but no one really responded (guess people haven't been sick on IP?).
For me, I was having a hard time keeping down the "wet" food, although I found I was able to keep down the dry snacks. I ended up having two restricted items for two days last week until the uneasiness passed. I also made sure to get extra salt.
Do you have any fresh ginger in the house? Perhaps you can make your own ginger ale by adding to sparkling water or even some tea (might help settle your tummy).
