For those of you on alternatives, and no longer seeing a coach, where do you purchase your Vitamins and supplements???

I’m still on plan and go to the clinic but I’m broke from this diet so I buy my supplements elsewhere. I’m in Canada so things might be a bit different, but go to Walmart or GNC. I buy most of mine at Walmart their no name brand- they still work the same!

What are people finding as a substitute for the potassium? The IP potassium supplement has 800 mg potassium and 200 mg calcium. The potassium supplements I've found at Walmart and CVS had only 95 mg of potassium. If you have found a comparable product please let me know the brand and store where you bought. Thanks!
