hmmmm im confused.....I thought its was 3 IP non restricted and 1 restricted per day.....am I wrong? Is it 3 total? :s I do 4 on days I do 30 mins or cardio...

B: chocolate drink in my coffee L: hot chocolate w/ 1 cup spinach & 1 cup cauliflower popcorn S: choc peanut butter bar D: hamburger w/2 cups broccoli maybe a lettuce wrap for the hamburger :) My issue is still at night, so I might have half my bar at 3 and half a pack of soy balls tonight |
