I really like the krill oil pills too, the Omega pills make me nauseous. There is no aftertaste from the krill oil.

I compared the IP chocolate soy with Proti-thin and they don't look comparable to me. The salt and vingar do not either.

Would you please clarify which product it is? Maybe I was looking at the wrong one.

Also, what is the Natura product that is exactly like the IP caramel nut bar? I'm not familiar w/ Natura and don't know where to order it.

Hi all-
I just completed all 4 phases of the IP diet. I lost 37.9 lbs since April of this year. I have been off the diet since Aug and have gained back a couple of pounds. I want to go back on and lose another 20 lbs but I want to use protidiet. Has anyone successfully used this product? I am 5"3 139 lbs. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I will definitely read through everything, as I am thinking of starting the big switch :) One question, is there a list of the alternative products that designates which products would be considered restricted? I know the website posts the nutrition information and I could figure it out myself, but having a "cheat sheet" of what to look for would be helpful! :)

I don't know if it's ever been compiled, just because there are SO many products. I check the nutritional info on any product I'm considering anyway (to check nutrition stats/carb count and whether it contains aspartame) so I just make a mental note when I am buying stuff whether the net carbs are above or below 8 :)
