II just did a side by side comparison and it seems most of the products are the same, if not better than IP at Natura. I'm going to order the vanilla pudding and caramel nut bars. If I can use these and still lose weight, I will make sure to update everyone.

I had a few boxes of Proti Diet and Wonderslim left from a couple of years ago. I made a chocalte pudding from Proti Diet and loved it! It is the aspartame free pudding. It has the same calories, vitamins, etc. as IP, except the soy is no there and it is 4 oz. of water, not 5 oz. like IP. I really liked the taste because it wasn't a strong chocalte taste. I have added the WF Chocolate Syrup to IP pudding to take the soy taste away. I am going to try and mix my IP packets with some of the alternatives to see how I do. I have some restricted bars coming from Proti Thin, so I thought I would try and use one of them for my evening snack. I don't want to give up on my IP products until I see if I can do this with much cheaper products.

I just received my products from Nashua and the Chocolate Soy Puffs are identical to IP except much cheaper @$12.95 per box of 7 instead of $27.00.

Is there a product that is compatible to the Dill Zippers?
|
When I look at the bars in the grocery store, all of them, including Atkins, surprisingly, have way more carbs in them than IP bars. Do the Natura, Proti Diet or Proti Thin have an acceptable level of carbs?
|
Yes, those bars are the same counts as IP, some of them are the same bars.I am always surprised when I hear of people doing this with some of the bars I see in the stores. Most of them are very high in carbs. But with searching you can find suitable bars. But I find it much less time consuming to order online.

Hi friends-
I'm new here but sooo happy to be a part of this awesome place!:carrot: I've been 100% IP since my start on January 26th and LOVING the weight loss! (or should I say fat loss) I can really, really tell a difference. I've been researching like many of you and have placed an order online with Nashua (purchased Proti-thin products) for $65.94 which would have totaled $178.00 with IP. I'm so anxious to try it out, and although I'm pretty much at my goal, I still want to supplement with a couple of packets a day. I'll let you ladies know. This is the best diet ever. I didn't have a lot to lose but felt really yuck with the fat I was accumulating on my legs and arms. (all this plus I would run 3 miles a day!) I am truly a carb addict so this is what works; it's been hard work but I am so excited and refuse to go back to old ways. Thanks ladies! Mom of 3 cuties |

I think the new lifestyle diet ready to drink chocolate drink is the same as the IP version.

I see what bispassport is trying to do...
I'm in the midst of researching and trying to place my first nashua order. It would be nice to have a reference list to use to make the decision of which IP products to continue buying and which are the same but cheaper online. Personally i love the caramel nut bar and chocolate drink mix from IP. I see from the forum that the nut bar tastes the same(yay!) but am still to find out if the choco drink mix tastes the same, even if the nutritional info matches the IP specifications. I'm guessing what she wants is to have people who have bought the alternative products to chime in and list the products that made them say - "Yeah, that tastes just like the IP one, i couldnt tell the difference!" |
And there you go! Thanks @becca1978

EAS Carb Drinks in Vanilla/Chocolate are very good alternatives, and other people use it aswell!
