Post Food Question

Okay, so I keep looking and since I'm not going with a coach for the time being, I thought I'd ask my question to the best coaches in the world..
Can anyone tell me if water chestnuts and bamboo shoots are are allowed??? I'm craving some stir fry and they are my favorite additions!

Hmm, so I looked up the carb content, and for 4 water chestnuts or 1.3oz there are 8.6 grams of carbs. This seems to be high for allowed vegetables. I loooove water chestnuts, so it was interesting for me to look this up. A half a cup of bamboo shoots (2.3oz) has 2.1 grams of carbs. That seems slightly more acceptable if used only as a half a cup towards your veg intake. Maybe someone with a little more seniority can answer better. If its not on the sheet though, I'd be more inclined to stay away from it.
