Wink calorie count per day?
Im curious as to how many calories you average in a day? I average between 600 to 800 calories..

You?

I just want to make sure that im getting enough calories versus not enough calories.

If you eat what's on the sheet you should have no issues losing... DON'T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF.

EXACTLY!....if you follow the sheet you don't have to worry about counting anything its all figured out for you. Stressing about something that is NOT NECESSARY!

ITA! There is no need to figure out how many calories you are consuming. Stick to the plan. It works.
