At 8:30pm I had my leek soup (which was the worst thing I have ever had fyi). It’s now 1:00am and I’m so hungry but want to try and postpone my dinner as long as I can so that when I get off work at 7am I’m not starving and hit McDonalds up before my hour drive home. Any suggestions to help fill these long gaps between meals???
Also my coach would not let me pick any of the cool foods for the first 2 weeks (chili, stew, any of the snacks except the pudding, or the oatmeal and pancakes) did anyone else have to do this?? Also she told me to only expect 1-2lbs of weight loss a week??? I have 84lbs to lose to hit my goal and maybe the results I was expecting are not as true as advertised.

I can relate since I work 12 hour nights. My first night back and the first day off are the hardest for me. Here is what I have worked out. The morning of my first day back on nights I get up with my son at about 8am and have some tea. I also will have water if I am still feeling hungry. I try to wait to have my packet till about 10 or so. I try to take a nap sometime that day. I have my "lunch" packet and veggies and lettuce while I am feeding my family dinner. I take my snack packet and have that with 1cup veggies at about 9-10 pm at work, finally I have my meat and 1cup veggies for dinner at about 2am. I try to drink lots of water over the course of the shift. On my way home or as soon as I get home I have a packet or ready to drink vanilla. I then count that one as "breakfast" I go to bed andf when I wake up I have "lunch" while my family eats dinner and the whole night rpeats itself. Then on my first day off (today) I have "breakfast" on my way home and go to bed. I get about 3 hours of sleep and when I get up I try to have lunch. It is really hard to eat at that time since I always feel like crap. Then it is dinner time and I have my meat meal. it is really hard for me to get the last packet in because
