Have a great day!
Take just a day or two off and see if that helps. Perhaps up your water also.

Well after 20 weeks of loosing I finally had a zero week, not even any inches off. My weight loss seems to be slowing down anyway just a bit, so my coach recommends me shaking it up a bit. She suggested I add a hard boiled egg or two to my day and get out and move a bit more. I told her I strength train a few days a week, but now she also wants me to get out and do some light walking a few days a week also. She thinks it's my body fighting going down to a level that I haven't been at in about 20 years. So close to onederland too. She told me to hang in and the scale will move again. I assured her there is no way I'm not hanging in there.

On a positive note, I had to go out and buy a few things for my cruise in three weeks. As much as I hate to buy clothes at this point I have to have something to wear on the ship. I did buy myself a pair of size 16 dress pants. The 18's fit better, but I'm sure that will all be different in a few weeks when I really need to wear them. I can't remember the last time I wore a size 16 anything.

I know how that can really start playing tricks when you weigh everyday and the scale doesn't always go straight down. I figure once a week at the coach's office makes it more accurate and makes me excited for weigh in day!!

Good luck. I think this program really does work. From reading the board, I can see that the weight will come right back on if you don't complete the phase out and learn a new way of eating for life.
Congrats! We get so used to amazing losses on this board but 15 in less than one month is @#^%# awesome!

PS I'm totally telling myself to put the scale up as I've started to jump on it like it's crack, every single time I'm in the restroom. Let a little fluid out, see what you weigh now. Vicious cycle ;-)

I don't think that at all. It is generous of you to share your knowledge of this program with us!

If you are on plan then that sounds sensible to add some eggs.
About the clothes: Yay!! Go Dana!! Have fun on the cruise. Don't over pack--I speak from experience. You don't really need that many clothes and with several thousand people on board, you will be the only one who knows if you repeat outfits!

I finally got to weigh in today. I usually go on Mondays, but a friend and I rescued some puppies from a high-kill shelter yesterday. My husband and I took one in. In addition to our two young children, we now have three dogs and a cat! We're going to be able to open our own zoo soon!

Today's weigh-in -- Down 1.6. Yippee!!!!

Thanks and I'm looking forward to the cruise. I hear you on the clothes situation. I've been on a lot of cruises so I now know to pack light. I'm not out to impress anyone and as said, these ships are so big these days, I have a hard time keeping track of my own family let alone running into anyone else twice.

I posted this in the Daily but wanted to post it here as well just in case some of you don't go to the Daily any more....

HELLOOOOOO everyone!!! I am happy super excited to report ANOTHER 3.1lbs gone today on my 41st week WI making it a TOTAL of 130lbs!!!!.....only 8more lbs to my original goal then my final goal will be 200lbs. My goal is to reach 200lbs by April 27th which will be my ONE YEAR anniversary on IP.

I have just been reading all of the post from today...Congrats to the WI's and the NSV's. I would like to comment about ALL of you who are WORRYING and STRESSING about the weight coming off, all I want to say is STOP STRESSING.....FOLLOW THE SHEET....IT WILL COME OFF. I have been OP for 41 weeks now I have not stressed about how much weight I have loss a week or how many inches are coming off. I see it in the mirror everyday when I look at myself. Even though that tape measure doesn't show I am losing inches my clothes are telling me that I am and I am shrinking. Some of you are expecting too much out of this program, it works different for EVERYONE....Each and everyone of us are different, our bodies are DIFFERENT. It kills me when I see "I ONLY LOSS____" there are people on here who lose .5lbs weekly and those people are perfectly HAPPY about that. This is NOT a miracle plan....it takes hard work, dedication and COMMITMENT TO YOURSELF. I don't want to brag or anything but I AM LIVING PROOF that if you DON"t STRESS and WORRY about 1) the scale 2) tape measure 3)carbs 4)fat 5)what someone else is losing YOU WILL SUCCEED!!!....I have NO DOUBT about that. It is what it is and WILL happen but you have to be mentally ready for EVERYTHING thrown at you.

I ate Friday night at a Brizlian Restaurant Friday night, I had pork tendorlion, filet, rib, sirlion and a salad. Saturday night I had a buffet at one of the casino's, I walked the ENTIRE buffet line EVERYTHING was fried the ONLY thing that wasn't in some type of sauce was the steak, I had that and a salad. This is just proving to me that I AM IN CONTROL, I MAKE MY CHOICES TO EAT WHAT I AM SUPPOSE TOO EAT. Sure I could of eaten anything I wanted to BUT that would have become between me and my goal and I would of broken that commitment I MADE TO MYSELF!

Sorry for the lost post, I am just a little disappointed in the post with the negative things going on. BE PROUD OF EVERY OUNCE YOU LOSE.....NEVER BE DISAPPOINTED IN ANYTHING YOU LOSE.....EVERY OUNCE IS AN ACCOMPLISHMENT!!!!!!

I had to copy and post this from the daily thread so I could share with you guys! I'm so happy with IP and committing 100%!!

Ok, been on 40mg of Prednisone for a week (3 more days to go). Prednisone is a great drug when you need it, but horrible side effects can occur. Most common, it increases insulin, causes major cravings, water retention,etc... All temporary, but still stinks.

OK, READY FOR THIS?

I lost 4 POUNDS this week while on Prednisone!

Never in my life would I thought this would happen. I was a bit hungrier at times this week, but not out of control, "get out of my way or I'll eat you too cravings.". I'm convinced it was from being on IPfor the past 2 months that made the difference. My pancreas is resting, my body is working the way it should and not as sensitive to everything.

Thank you IP!! I'm now down 31 pounds in 8 weeks! I'm still in shock!
