Wuv, I noticed your goal in the spread sheet is 250. Is that for the V-Day Challenge or, total goal?

250 is my original goal I set up when I started at 388lbs. I knew what I looked like at that weight, 250lbs is what I weighed 25 yrs ago. Once I reached that goal I knew I would go lower just don't know how much lower yet. I am thinking I will go down to 200lbs, so after I hit 250 I will decide. When I first started thinking geeze I need to lose 180lbs was just too depressing and hard to comprehend but 250 seemed achievable, which is has been so If I can lose 130lbs I can lose another 50 with no problem! April 27th is my 1yr anniversary OP so hopefully I will be at my GOAL GOAL by then :)

I bookmarked (and renamed) the page because I kept loosing it. Now when I want to track, I just look for 'Valentine's Day Challenge" in my bookmarks.

FYI, I noticed that the formula for column D is not correct on every line. It looks like some of them were typed over.

I LOVE THIS!!! Just added my info to the bottom. Although this will only be a six week challenge for me as I re-started IP on Jan 16. I have my first WI tmw and will enter the data asap. Woohoo! Thanks for coordinating this challenge :) Weight-loss contests at work always motivate me and while this is not necessarily a "contest" (insert cheesy line: we are ALL WINNERS!!!) I think it will light a little fire under me. One more thing to motivate me in moments of weakness. Thanks :)

I only lost 2lbs for WI, but this morning I woke up and weighed 2lbs less than that!! I hope it stays gone... (I did lose an inch off my waist and 3/4 off of my hips at WI. All other measurements were the same.)

This really is the Couch Potato Diet! I have been sick with a nasty head cold since Wednesday. I've had my butt on the couch since then. I dropped 5 POUNDS this week! WOW. Haven't had a drop like that since the first few weeks. :carrot:
