galpal445, DanafromAustin, Marionm, thanks for your responses. My current goal is 160, size 12 but, I'm contemplating 125 as the real goal. I feel there will be an emotional adjustment before dropping further and I don't even know what size I need to be. My real goal is to be able to mount my horse from the ground, have a better seat so that I can ride confidently cross country, and join the fox hunting group. I should probably weigh 125-135 max for my height. I'd like to be able to trail ride to the vineyards and go wine tasting this summer. I don't want to go hog wild with high glycemic carbs as I've now realized from being in ketosis that carbs are NOT my friends. High glycemic carbs are the bane of my existence and I wish I had learned this 30 years ago, my life would've been different. However, things are as they are and I'm ready to move on. Just want to set my goal right from the start. I'm contemplating going straight through until I've lost down to 125. TBH, I am absolutely determined to stay OP 150-160, just not sure that I'm ready to commit to 125.

I was able to make it through an entire day of homemade Christmas cookies sitting on the cubicle next to mine without even considering eating so much as a smidgeon of a bite! Everyone came over to eat and rave aloud about how incredibly moist and wonderful they were. The very same evening I went to a group study with more homemade cookies sitting on the coffee table within inches of me and everyone slamming down cookies like they were vitamins. I went to a Christmas party with open bar and every type of alcohol, every type of dessert, cookie, pie, food, etc. I never faltered. But, I would so like to enjoy the beautiful view on my back deck while sipping a glass of wine this summer and ride horses to the vineyard for a wine tasting. (Sorry for all the food talk).

Happy New Year everyone!

I took it easy last night because I worked yesterday and today. The boyfriend went to a party and I just wasn't in the mood. It's been a looooong time since I wasn't hung over on January 1st, so I love thinking about setting up the year RIGHT.

Weigh in is tomorrow- haven't been in about two weeks, so I'm hoping for some nice results. I can't wait to update my status, and think about moving into phase two.
