I was wanting to know about this to. I even considered going back to just eating clean so i can workout. I am missing my zumba, and lost tons of inches with it. I am wanting to lift weights also. My thing is you don't get any carbs that keep you full like oatmeal in the morning. I am afraid I want have the energy. I am thinking of trying to though to just see.
