I am ready to start Phase 3 but a little nervous, looking for some breakfast ideas and curious if those that moved onto phase 3 gained the 3-7pounds of glycogen stores I keep hearing about or is that when you go on maintenance
check out the experienced thread or the maintance thread, There are examples there
I was just looking for a quick answer since there r 20 something pages on those threads.....thanks thoufh!

Granby..I sent you a message with breakfast ideas. I have 1/2 c chobbani yogurt, 1 c raspberries, 1 tablespoon PB and 1 c cereal. Good luck!
