It didn't "click" with me, either that Wuv's only been OP since April!! That is completely amazing and awesome!!
And MissWinter, I don't know how you avoided that cake, but I'm so glad for you that you did!! It will be that much better whenever you can enjoy it in the future!! And the one you can taste in your wedding gown will be even better!! Congrats!!
I had a great OP weekend, but my family suffered a great loss yesterday afternoon. My cousin's 2 & 1/2 month old baby died.:cry: He was a twin and she put them down for their nap and when she went to check on him he was blue. He was air-lifted to the hospital, but he did not make it and passed away after lunch time. It is a terribly sad time right now for all of us. Please keep us in your prayers during this difficult time. Thanks!
Best of luck to everyone with WI's today!!

How devastating! Stay strong. Lots of prayers from all of us here, you know that and I hope you feel that. Take care of yourself during this time. Times like these we have to remind ourselves food won't bring loved ones back.
Comfort yourself with loved ones and not food. Staying healthy and OP will help you give your loved ones the support they need. We are all here for you.

NSV - i had a get together with my girlfriends from high school on Sunday. There was all kinds of dips and finger foods. I munched on peppers!!!!
Proud of myself for not allowing the foods to get the upper hand.
I have to admit i am a little worried already about Christmas and all the functions with work, family and friends that there are. It must be harder for our U.S. friends on here with your Thanksgiving and Christmas so close together. My coach wants me to really kick *** until Christmas(as i do too) and then she said she is going to allow me 1 cheat day.

:cheer:Way to go, staying strong with despite the girl time and foods! Holidays are hard in U.S. it's Halloween, thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, bam, bam, bam. Thank goodness Thanksgiving seems way easier to survive OP with all the yummy recipes out there IP friendly. My clinic has a seminar next week to help us tackle the Holidays. :turkey::xcheer::newyear::han::hohoho:

Wow, what a weekend! My son's Bar Mitzvah was on Saturday, and it was a happy crazy time with lots of friends and family here visiting for the big event.
Everyone started arriving into town on Thursday night and most left at different times over the day yesterday. It was non-stop socializing, partying and eating. I hardly got any of my vitamins in, hardly ate any of my IP packets and not nearly enough water. In fact all weekend my mouth felt like the Sahara dessert in there. But I will say both my daughter (she is also on IP) and I ate nothing off plan and both of us managed to loose two pounds over the weekend. Just so happy we survived all of that wonderful looking food.
Today I just have a few people left in town, so a little more site seeing to go. But this morning for breakfast I already drank a BIG bottle of water, took my vitamins and ate my IP breakfast. I will be happy to get back to my regular schedule.

You and your daughter having one another is AWESOME! So happy your hard work paid off. Don't feel guilty about the vitamins and water, that is life, some weeks are harder than others and it seems like you made smart choices all week long. Congrats to you gals and your son! :):congrat:

Good morning! Thought I would pop over and say "Hi!". I have been spending most of my time in the "experienced" thread as that fits with where I am in my journey, ie: phasing off.
I am plugging along in Phase 2, with almost 1 week under my belt. Had a couple of NSV's this weekend. Went shopping and tried on all smalls or 4's, and everything fit or was too big! Yee-haw! I ended up with a new dress (see new avatar ;) ) in a size small, a new long white button down shirt that I can belt at the waist, size 2 and a pair of jeans, size 2. I am trying to not buy too much by way of clothes because my big shopping day has always been the day after Christmas. So I am trying to save as much money as possible for that so I can totally revamp my wardrobe.
Good luck on all the WI's today!
Thx!

Holy Smoly! Love the dress sexy mama! You have inspired me to get my hardcore workout groove back! just bought 10 classes for this new spinning class, bikes move side to side like you are on the road:ebike:...maybe I can borrow that dress soon. ;)
Enjoy shopping after Christmas, you deserve it! It will be here before we know it.:present:
I don't know about you all, but my weekend was relax, but with relaxation comes the temptation of wanting to munch while on the couch watching shows and football:devil:. Pat on the back to all of us, it seems like we are doing great STAYING OP! :broc:
