One of my FAVORITES are Chocolate Soy Puffs and Peanut Butter Soy Puffs - I mix them and then split in half for two meals. It reminds me of Reece's Pieces or Reece's Puffs cereal...YUM!!! :-)

You may want to have your yucky restricted packet earlier in the day when you are more hungry and having something lighter for your evening snack, like a drink. Pina Colada or cappuccino, something that's not real heavy. You can warm the cappuccino up in the microwave. Also, the chocolate drink packet is really good heated, like hot chocolate. Just thinking out loud here. It takes a week or two to figure out what's best for each of us and what we like the best.

I like the small jello cups called Gelatein 20. They come in 2 flavors (orange and fruit punch) (I like fruit punch the best) and you get a good serving of protein in each one but its so small that it doesn't give you that gross stuffed feeling. I get mine from www.activehomenutrition.com . Totally worth it!

Am I understanding correctly that it doesn't matter when I have my 4 cups of veggies as long as I get them in during the course of the day?

Yes, as long as you get you 4 cups in you can space them out how you want.

At first I found it hard to get the food in but after awhile, when you develop a taste for the packets they will taste alot better. I personally have a shake for breakfast, a pudding at lunch and for snack at night I alternate back and forth every night from the slat and vinegar ridges (which I love) and a bar either chocolate crunch or caramel crunch.

I really could not stand the dill pickle zippers, bbq ridges, southwest cheese curds or the white cheddar thingies.

The choclate covered soy puffs are really good too as someone mentioned earlier.

you will find what you like then probably stick with those.

Good Luck

I started off living the Omelet, but now the smell and taste make me gag, when I started upping my protein by adding 1/3 of Egg whites I mixed the two, but now I just don't like the Omelet but wish I did.

I freakin love the BBQ ridges, those are my treat for the day now. I suck the BBQ season off first, gives me my salty item of the day. Like the Bars and Puffs, but for the past 3 weeks I get 5 BBQ ridges and 2 bars.

Key is to try a variety of things and find out what you like. First week I think the clinic gave me a variety pack of drinks/puddings and a few bars to try.

My new pleasure is to get the Sugar free Torani/Davinci syrups and mix with the Cappuccino or the Dk Chocolate puddings. Gives me a bit more to drink and a different flavor.

Sadly Celery still tastes like Celery
