Hi guys!

I'm Miriam, and I'll be starting Ideal Protein, tomorrow morning, I did that diet in Spain (i`m from spain) but there is called Pronokal, and I lost 12kg but I recover all of them in a year.. so now I want to lose 40lb how many time Iīll be on this diet? I donīt know.. but I donīt have enough money so I have to do it the best I can!!

Ola Miriam and welcome to the site!!! Did you phase out the first time. I think doing all the phases is important in not gaining weight back. You have come to the right place, as this site will be a great motivator and help to keep you on track

Good it can only get better after the first day is complete. Simple diet follow the rules and you will do great. Can't wait to hear more from you.

You will do great on this IP Last diet. The board is a wealth of information and everyone is very supportive. I am on week 3 weigh in today and even though I have a long way to go, this board keeps me on plan 100% and cheers me up. good luck to you.

Good luck. You won't need to do it more than this time I am certain. Where are you located? I have been on the diet since Jan 11th and still in phase 1 because I set my goal so high. But 6 pounds away from my 90% to going into phase 2 and only 12 away from total goal. You can do this, I have faith in you.

VERY THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
I'm in my 3rd day in phase 1, but I'm not eating meat or natural products because I'm okay with the chocolate in the morning, antoher IP product for lunch, and the strawberry jelly at night. And with the vegetables for sure!!
I'm hungry these days, but about what I read in the forum, this feeling is normal when you start. I don't wanna weight till sunday.. but I can't wait to do it!

ThNKS again, and have a good rest of the day, I'm preparing my big salad!!
