Is your new avatar a picture of you? You look beautiful! I say, go to phase 2. It is the phase I enjoyed the most because to me there was such a dramatic difference in my hunger (none) in phase 2. Most people still lose in phase 2- I did and I frequently ate 10-12 ounces for my protein because I was tired of being hungry.Originally Posted by DollFaceBella
