Land of Lakes has cheddar cheese sprinkles and butter sprinkles, they are in the seasoning aisle. My coach told about them last week. She said the butter sprinkles are better than the butter buds those will be on my list with everything else y'all have already posted

Well, I will be looking for those! Thanks Wuv! Also, in the snacks isle, by the popcorn, I saw some flavorings: chili lime, butter, etc. I'm going to take a closer look at these when I go back. I'm sure the label said 0/0/0, but I didn't get a good enough look at the ingredients. Might be something to add to something I'm eating, I don't know what though. Chili lime might be good on a taco salad.

I just looked at the website for the ones I mentioned and they have several different ones. Sour cream and onion, Ranch, 3 cheese blend, queso picante and parmesan and herb.

What phase are you on? If 1, then no breads or wraps allowed unless made out of a packet appropriately.

What about just regular green cabbage---is it allowed? The sheet says red cabbage, pak choi and bok choy.
