Ladies we can really eat the splenda pickles? I have avoided EVERYTHING with any substitutes with the exception on stevia in my coffee and tea. Amounts to 4 packages a day maybe.
I guess my long distance coach is a minimalist. None of the suggestions like MIO or anything we told to me it was ok. Of course WF products were recommended. I love splenda pickles and just want your feed back. |

So far my frequently bought items are:
Pickles! Lettuce, canadian bacon, turkey burgers, turkey pepperoni, bell peppers, edamame, spinach. That's all I can think of at the moment lol. |

Fresh herbs are a staple for me. I keep basil, cilantro, mint and dill on hand. They are so yummy in salad with lemon or lime juice (depending on the herb), olive oil, salt and pepper. I also put fresh mint into my hot tea (Israeli style!), which is yummy.
Kelp "Noodles" (from the produce section of the health food store) are so great in salad. They add a delightful crunch and count as a veggie. Several different kinds of 0/0/0 mustard. Usually Dijon, Stoneground and Yellow Prepared. Peppermint tea Leeks Fennel Fresh Rhubarb Sauerkraut (yay for probiotics!) Garlic (I press it into olive oil and let it sit for a day and put it in my steamed broccoli with salt. YUM!) Ginger |
