  • Quote: Yes, I prder from Proteinwell, it is very reasonable with free shipping ove $99. but as other people were suggesting other sites I thought I'd check one out to see if they were better deals.
But I was amazed at what they would charge for shipping, so sticking with Proteinwell for sure.
I haven't tried the shakes yet because I have Premier Protein shakes from Costco, they have more protein in them. I do have puddings from Proti diet at Proteinwell and they are good so I am sure the shakes would be fine too.

    thanks again Pat!

I pulled the trigger and placed an order with Proteinwell a few minutes ago... we are going to my sister's for Thanksgiving so I look forward to starting shortly after we get back.

  • It takes about a week to get here so you will likely get it soon after you get back and are ready to roll.
  • Any product reviews from those of you that have your orders? I'm waiting on mine. I'm hoping I can use the oatmeal to make muffins like I did with IP.
  • I really like the oatmeal I got from proteinwell. I like make it the rhurbarb "crisp" with it. The protidiet one that I got from proteinwell is less carbs than the IP one so it is not a restricted.

  • Thanks so much Pat - I'm looking forward to trying it. I'm assuming the portion size is smaller so I'll have to adjust my muffin recipes . I've been taking the IP cocoa and adding water to an icing consistency then putting little "blobs" on a baking sheet that I put in the freezer - they taste like little chocolates. I'll try with the protidiet cocoa to see if it works

    ProtiDiet products I have tried:

tomato basil soup - only had one so far and I gagged on it!

vegetable beef soup - pretty good

    chicken soup - really good

chocolate pudding - kind of bland but tastes fine with some cinnamon

cereal crunch chocolate bar - pretty good
  • If you want a really good shake..you should go to nashua nutrition site and look at the protein nectar..its awesome!!! its an amazing shake powder..the best whey shake in terms of taste..doesnt have a yucky whey taste like most products and it mixes with a spoon only..and looks like juice! the peach orange one is the best!
  • though newlifestyle apparently sells ip chocolate rtd in juice box style but its not labeled..they are pretty awesome..

out of all the products i have tried..proti diet is the best brand..all the other ones dont taste as good..or the texture is weird..
  • ok, so reading all the post here, are you all saying that the PRotidiet food is the same as IP food? I am new to the board but have been doing the IP for 10 weeks.. (love it) but expensive as heck!!! help ??

I placed an order from Nashua Nutrition on Monday and this is what I ordered.
ProtiDiet Oatmeal - Maple Brown Sugar (7/Box) $11.99
    ProtiDiet Pancakes - Plain (7/Box) $11.99
    ProtiDiet Protein Bar - Peanut Butter/Caramel Crisp (7/Box) $11.00
    ProtiDiet Protein Crisps - BBQ (7/Box) $11.99
    ProtiDiet Pudding - Chocolate (7/Box) $11.99
    ProtiDiet Pudding - Vanilla (7/Box) $11.99
    ProtiDiet Soup - Beef Vegetable (7/Box) $11.99
    ProtiDiet Soup - Chicken Noodle (7/Box) $11.99
    ProtiDiet Soy Nuts - BBQ (7/Box) $11.99
TOTAL: $106.92 for 9 boxes of food! This would have been $278.46 from the IP Clinic I attend!
That being said, I have not tried the ProtiDiet food yet. I look through this forum and read others suggestions. I compared the nutritional information from these products to the IP products and they all seemed very close or comparable. The ProtiDiet Pancakes and Oatmeal are not restricted as the IP Pancakes and Oatmeals are. I believe that the ProtiDiet BBQ Crisps are also not restricted, but the ProtiDiet Soy Nuts are restricted. I am only in my second week, but needed to have some additional products on hand so I was not having to pay $4.42 per protein packet at my clinic. I will keep you posted when I get my order and how any of the items taste. Good Luck!
  • thank you... I will definitely be waiting to hear your response!
  • This is what I ordered from Nashua nutrition last time and liked all of it...

I am excited to save money and that there are foods that are comparable!
