Just wondering, if at a given day, we were not able to have a proper dinner with ''real'' food as protein, and instead of cheating and eating junk, would it still work if we eat an IP pack or a subsitute for example?

my clinic encourages if you can't do your supper to have an ip packet and veggies.
I've done it where I got home late, had no eggs or easy proteins in the house to cook so I had a IP product for dinner with my veggies. I still had a great loss that week. I figured it was better to have the IP product than no protein at all.
