That is going to be a really tough question to answer since we all lose different. It depends on how much you have to lose to start with. Once you get closer to your goal it starts to slow down. It me 5 weeks to lose 30lbs but I have a lot to lose. This is just my opinion.
It took me 8 - 9 weeks.
I agree with WUV that everyone will lose weight at a different rate, but I understand the importance of seeing that light at the end of the tunnel!
When I started in April, I projected that I would reach 140 by mid-sept. A couple of great losses got me there by mid august.....so you never know!
Yeah, I totally agree. Well, I somewhat have a little to lose ; 26-27lb left. =\ I hope it won't take me too long. I miss eating all the junkies (sad to say); I used to be very small so "diet" is very new to me.
It has taken me a month to lose nearly 20. 8 more to go! Thinking the end of sep i should be at 30 lb loss for sure if not sooner. So my guess is roughly 2 months for a 30 pound loss.

12 weeks to lose 28 lbs. We had two trips out of town where we ate Phase 2-ish, so that slowed our loss a little. Also, I didn't have a tremendous amount to lose so my losses were slower than my husband's. He lost 56 lbs in the same time I lost 33 lbs.

I average about 2# per week, some weeks are more some are less, but that is my average. You are starting not too far from your goal weight, so it could be slower. My coach told me that since I am getting close to my goal that my losses might slow down.

That is very true! I started with about 120 pounds to lose. When I got to about 30 pounds from my final goal weight I was losing significantly less. My average was still high but only because of fast I lost in the beginning. At the end I would agree, 2 pounds a week average was very good.
I wanna know when I'll finish around. I miss my normal food.
Two thoughts -
1) The smaller you are the slower you'll lose. As in a 400lb person will lose much faster than a 140lb person because what causes fat loss is calories and a 400lb person is burning far more calories than a 140lb person for multiple reasons. Comparing yourself to others is a bad idea even if you have similar stats because you have different genetics. A better focus is to follow the plan.
2) You mention your normal food. I'm not sure what this means and I don't mean to insult your intelligence by telling you something you already know but to be successful with weight loss one must not go back to their previous way of eating or they will gain all the weight they lost back and it will happen faster than it did the first time. Successful weight loss is about making a lifestyle change. That is why people will often say diets don't work which isn't true - they do work but if when the diet is done you return to your previous lifestyle ... the weight returns too. Thus - the key is to find a style of eating that is sustainable forever.
