I think in general BMI charts are pretty accurate for me. I also go by the way I am feeling and fitting into clothing. I don't worry about becoming too OCD as far as dieting or exercise. Lord knows I was just the opposite for SOOO many wasted years..maybe I can balance out the years a little bit!!!

Also, if you haven't had any bloodwork done recently I also think a trip to your healthcare provider would be a good idea. When I saw how my bad cholesterol and blood pressure had dropped and how much lower my heart rate was I was amazed! So was my doctor!

It gave me new inspiraton.
