Default EAS Carb Control drink question

I just bought some of the EAS Carb Control French Vanilla drinks to possibly put in my coffee in the morning, so I can a little in my coffee and actually eat some egg whites for breakfast.

Right now I mix some of the IP vanilla pudding in my coffee and eat the rest.

My coach said that if I eat egg whites they should replace an IP packet, but I'm thinking that a splash of the French Vanilla stuff might give me some flexibility.

What do the more experienced folks think about my plan?

I don't consider myself experienced or able to answer you I was just going to mention that I have always had egg whites as additional and never used them to replace a packet. It hasn't given me any problems yet.

I would love to have egg whites and my coffee and pudding at breakfast. I don't know why I would have to eliminate an entire packet, but I don't want to slow down my loss.

My morning routine is about a 1/2 to 2/3 of one ready made vanilla drink in my coffee ( 2 cups coffee total, I just top off). I then have some egg whites to round it out. I mix up the egg whites flavor by using a little bit of that olive oil that tastes like butter, or I use some of that powdered cheddar, or I just sprinkle spices or add some fresh basil from the garden. That usually holds me up from 9am until about a 12:30 lunch.

Well, I'm going to give it a try. I just want it to lighten my coffee a bit. I'm actually happy to not have vanilla pudding at breakfast every single morning. I wake up early, so breakfast is around 7 at the latest.

I really hope it doesn't slow my loss. We shall see.

I have been drinking an EAS Advantage carb control shake every morning for breakfast in the car on the way to work and other than weeks that I've eaten off plan, I have not seen any change or slowing in my weight loss at all. I either drink a chocolate one, or a vanilla one with a packet of instant coffee and a bit of chocolate flavored Splenda sweetened syrup. Fabulous substitute for a Starbucks skinny latte for me...
