Hope everyone is having a great day. I've been back on plan since Sunday and so far so good. Feeling great and today weighed in at my lowest in years, so happy about that.
Lost exactly 3 lbs this week.
I’m 3 tenths of a pound from achieving my February goal so continue to track ahead of schedule so losing faster than I anticipated which has been super awesome. This has been incredibly easy - outside of just 1 week where I lost 4 tenths of a pound most weeks my loss has been between 3 and 6 pounds!
I hope it continues like this. I’m now in my 4th month and when I did IP the first time months 3 and 4 were my biggest losses so I don’t see any reason it won’t continue.
I just realized I lost 22 lbs from December 8 - January 8. Hope it keeps going like this!
A good maintenance weight for me is just 20 lbs to go but I’m shooting for my original achievement the first time I did IP. I was too skinny - I looked gaunt then but we’ll see about this time. First, though, I need to get the 20 lbs off and then make my determination on my maintenance weight. I think it would be impossible to lose another 22 from now until Feb 8 but you never know. More than likely though I suspect it will take me up to 8 weeks. Getting results like this is fun. And, it’s not like every week was like this because Dec 1 - Dec 8 I only lost 4 tenths of a pound so it’s crazy that I lost exactly 22 lbs since then even through Christmas and NY keto days.
Hey all, way to go with the weight loss Ro! You are doing amazingly well. I too am hoping for another 20 lb loss over the next while. My birthday is at the end of February so maybe by then? Although as I get closer to goal I am feeling great, clothes fitting well, so I'm losing my motivation a bit. I know I still have some tummy to lose. I am excited to start working out and running again so part of me is considering changing meal plans so I am able to workout. I have had a lot of success following the Beachbody meal plans in the past and I am a member for all the workouts. We will see, I have about 3 weeks of IP food left so I'll keep on it and see where I am at.

I’m back! It was getting lonely posting by myself lol.
I did IP for 4 months and then took about a 6 week break (keto) with a number of IP days thrown in to recycle and now ready for the last cycle. Today started week 2 of cycle 2. Feeling great. I am up in weight but that was to be expected so I’m good as my body was telling me to cycle. I’m currently only tracking to get me back to where I was - I don’t know how long it will take. If I lose at the same pace I was losing then it will be 2-3 weeks.
My friend and I are now doing accountability Saturday’s where we share each other’s results given that we are doing this on our own.
Going strong again - got my crazy energy back after only 2 days back on IP.
