Default Is this an acceptable Phase 3 Breakfast

HI I have read the materials, phase three thread and Novaks great advice but I am still confused! Would this be a "legal" Phase 3 Breakfast or do you need to choose between the PB and the Yogurt since they are both fats???

2 Pieces Multi Grain Bread (under 30 g Carbs)
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
3 pieces Canadian Bacon
1 tbs peanut butter
1 cup 0 fat yogurt
1 cup blueberries

While peps are talking about lightly buttering their bread, I wonder whether you can have the full tbs of PB together with yogurt or if its one or the other???? Any maintainers/Phase 3ers know????

If the yogurt is 0 fat, how is that a fat serving?

I think you've got it right...
Here's my breakfast on phase 3:

2 whole grain toast
2 eggs
2 strips bacon
1 cup 0 fat yogurt (I've found greek has the highest protein content)
1 cup berries
1 Tblsp Peanut Butter

I still can't get the entire meal down though...I usually leave a few (ok, maybe more than a few) bites on my plate.

I had a banana this morning in place of the berries. I can still taste it, even after over a litre of water!

So are you doing regular eggs rather than the Egg Beaters? I thought that would mean our fat was too high??? Yes I am going with the Fage 0% fat yogurt so if its O% percent fat I guess that means there is no fat lol Still seems like a whole heaping load of calories to me (over 500)- but if its legal I'll eat every last bite with a BIG SMILE...

yes, I use regular eggs. I am thinking that I'm going to cut back to one and add some whey protein powder to my yogurt to up my protein intake. That second egg rarely makes it into my tummy.

Hey all I'm bumping this up for conversation about Phase 3 breakfast again, there must be someone out there prepping for it like me If anyone has more "meal examples" that would be so awesome!! I know a lot of the people in the "life after phase 1" thread said "Don't overthink it" but I just don't want to mess up the most important phase!
