Ate an extra restricted; have a plan
So, I've had kind of a bad day and treated myself to an extra restricted thing today. I had dill pickle zippers earlier and a peanut bar this evening.
I didn't get lunch, my son ate a good portion of my burger (that's not why I'm having a bad day), and I was just craving the peanut bar.
My plan now is to do boot camp for the rest of the week. Do you think that will balance out the extra restricted I had today?
