So I made pudding cakes - I didn't have Pam to spray my tins so I used cupcake wrappers I baked for 16 mins and they where gooey inside so I baked another 5 still gooey - I made muffins the day and they where gooey as well made in papers I thought it was maybe cause I didn't fill the empty tins with water -- but I did that today
Any tips as to why I had gooey inside cakes
