Default Sea salt and EVOO

I see a lot of people emphesizing the importance of sea salt and EVOO intake every day. I use sea salt to season my meat and veggies and pretty sure it adds up to 1/2 teaspoon each day and use some EVOO for my omeletes or to grill veggies. Pretty sure that adds up to 2 teaspoons a day or it's almost 2 tsp. Just wondering if i should be adding more of each on top of using it for cooking? Am i doing it wrong? Thank you!

nope! i don't have my paper on me, but I'm pretty sure it says 1 tsp of sea salt, and 1-2 tsp of evoo or grape seed oil. So you are absolutely doing it right! Adding it to stuff is easier than just eating it like I hear some people do, like when they put salt in thier hand or even in thier water . I like salt so It's easy for me to add it to my veggies and meat. And EVOO to cook with

I don't measure mine either nor do I use them liberally while cooking.....I just make sure they are both fully incorporated into my daily diet.
