You know, I don't want to. I don't even want to admit that I cheated again =( I was a little concerned about the birthday sorbet. I did just fine making it, not so good trying to get from one container to the other, then the birthday song, then I had some. I had 2 bad cheats in the last week alone. The week prior, I battled with PB (even though I don't think that took me out of ketosis). Anyway, I have concerns over what I am doing to my body if I am not sticking with this. And, I don't want to feel bad all the time about my slip ups. A "normal" diet, though not as fast, is more forgiving.

Just wish I were stronger. I feel like nobody else out there posts about chaeting more than once and all I ever read about is how I shouldn't cheat, how I am hurting my body etc. That's a hard feeling to carry around :/

I really really would love to be done with these last dang 10 pounds for good though!

If you really want to lose the last 10 pounds then stay here for a month and see what happens.

Thanks Watkat! I think I'd like to stick around, too. I am going to try anew tomorrow. New day, new attitude. I will still talk to my coach about going to another phase. I think I can still lose weight on Phase 2 and Phase 3, so I will potentially just move forward with those depending on what she advises.

I appreciate the sentiment about staying - I needed to hear it and some encouragement in the face of my poor choices!
