talked to my doc this morning about the athletic protocol and he wants me to try a week at 5 packets on workout days.
I started today and I doubled up at breakfast to get my extra packet in, and then the rest of the day will as normal. I will tell you, that already the double packet for b-fast is really sticking with me. I still feel quite full and usually by now I am thinking about lunch!
I am hoping this will get me closer to the 3# a week average.
